Alex&Troy Vs Jessie&Jack...I jimsub81
The brothers Jessie and Jack had an unimpressive record of 0&2. They felt they were better than that. The whole league was more popular than it had ever been and they wanted be part of the excitement. Other than the return of HB & Kane tag matches seemed to be absent from many of the cards. They approached a team they felt was good and would do them justice. Not only did they feel they could beat Alex and Troy but after Alex and Troy had recently become disliked by the fans a win over them would just help their popularity more. For their part Alex and Troy wanted to get back into action too. When Jessie & Jack actually challenged them they couldn't believe their luck. They were pumped up by their recent success and knew they could beat the brothers. They gladly accepted the challenge.
The league officials knew they had been lax in not having more tag matches and were happy to put this one into the next card. Following Timmy's convincing win over the smiling Shawn the announcer began:
"Our next match is a tag team event. First, at a combined weight of 330 pounds ...JESSIE AND JACK!" They entered to a luke warm reception. They were not disliked but the fans were very aware that the brother's had not performed well thus far. Their only saving grace was that they were wrestling the now despised team of Alex and Troy. "And their opponents, at a combined weight of 312 pounds ...ALEX AND TROY!" Embracing their new persona of villains they two baby faced teens walked slowly to the ring as if to demonstrate that both their opponents and the crowd could "just wait" on them! The audience roared is disapproval with a chorus of boos. At last they reached the ring and faced off. They were very close in size. Jessie & Jack had a few inches and pounds but Alex & Troy looked to be just a little more compact with slightly more developed muscles. After the usual instructions the bell rang. Jessie and Jack offered their hands to shake but were greeted by standing drop kicks to the chest. Alex nailed Jack while Troy sent Jessie sprawling! The match was underway...
Alex began against Jessie. Jessie now knew these guys were going to pull out all the stops to win. He approached cautiously. Jessie knew a quick kick to the stomach was a normal way to avoid a lock up and figured Alex would try that. He guessed right and Jessie was prepared to avoid the kick and hopped to his right. As Alex kicked the space Jessie once occupied Jessie swung his own kick around and nailed Alex in his stomach instead. Alex doubled over and Jessie swung another kick around hitting Alex in the chest standing him up straight. A clothesline across the throat put Alex to the mats. He moved to get up but Jessie came down with an elbow that plowed his gut and winded him.
The crowd was loving it already Jessie didn't let up. He grabbed Alex by the ears and helped him up. A knee thrust to the stomach kept Alex at bay and he walked him over to where Jack stood ready. They tag was made. Jessie held Alex's arms securely behind his back and Jack accepted the offering of the wide open body. He plowed a fist into the diaphragm and a kick into the lower belly. Then each of the brothers took half of Alex and hoisted him up into a back suplex. They were pumped and Jack took up where Jessie left off.
As Alex rolled around trying to come to his senses Jack bounced off the ropes and dropped a leg across his chest. He then pulled Alex up and whipped him to the ropes. As Alex rebounded Jack placed a well aimed elbow to his chest that laid him out flat. Jack stomped the stomach and came round behind Alex and applied a sleeper. Alex had not mounted a bit of offense and was now on the verge of losing the match! Troy was furious. There was no way he was going to allow this and charged the ring nailing Jack across the side of the head with a forearm. Jack had to lose his hold and Alex slumped. Jessie had seen Troy charge and did so too. He caught Troy with a drop kick that sent him falling to the ropes. He and Jack then converged on him whaling away with fists, forearms and kicks. It did not take long to reduce Troy to a heap. The referee was now pushing Jessie from the ring as Jack protested saying that they were just countering Troy's illegal entry. Troy used the time to his team's advantage and dragged the still groggy Alex near their corner. When the referee turned all he saw was the tag. Troy entered to see if he could do any better than Alex had.
Troy was still smarting a little but he was ready as he and Jack locked up. They maintained their collar and elbow hold for a few seconds and neither showed any signs of gaining an advantage. Troy managed to slip Jack into a side head lock. He turned from the referee and shot a thumb to the throat and a closed fist to the forehead. Jack was gagging and hurt as Troy released him and brought a knee up into Jack's gut. Jack would have fallen to his knees if Troy had not caught him. He picked him up and body slammed the younger brother. Troy dropped a knee to Jack's lean belly then. Placed a boot on Jack's forehead and raked it down the side of his head. Jack grabbed his ear and kicked at the mats at the painful cheap move. Troy then delivered a hard stomp to Jack's groin. Jack was taken to a higher level of pain and his face contorted in agony as he rolled over holding his package. The crowd booed Troy for his tactics. Jessie had seen enough and rushed at Troy.
Troy saw him out of the corner of his eye and spun around and lowered his body and, like a charging bull, he slammed his right shoulder into the on rushing Jessie. Troy's strength and Jessie's own momentum caused Jessie to be lifted off his feet as Troy's shoulder slammed into his abdomen. The air whooshed from Jessie's body and he was deposited flat on his back. Troy then dropped an elbow to his chest and scooped Jessie up, held him over his shoulder and backed himself into the ropes. He came off them and used all the momentum and power slammed Jessie right on top of his younger brother. Alex was cheering like wild as the youngest kid in the match, at 14, was totally dominating both members of the other side. The referee stepped in between them and untangled the brothers seeing that Jessie exited. Troy turned once again to Jack and Pulled him up. He raised a knee into his taunt gut that doubled him over. Troy followed with a wicked kick to the chest. Jack stumbled backward grabbing at his wounded pec. The stunned and hurting kid had no idea that he was going right into enemy territory. He fell into Alex's waiting arms!
They tagged each other and Troy reached down and grabbed Jack's feet while Alex securely held Jack's arms as he climbed to the top of his corner. Once he reached the top he let go and Jack's back slammed hard to the canvas. Alex then entered the ring spearing all the force of his knee from the top rope into Jack's slender stomach. Jack immediately curled into a fetal position and thought he was going to be sick. Alex tuned him over on his back and lay across his heaving chest. The referee had no trouble counting to three. The bell sounded and Alex and Troy were announced as the victors much to the dismay of the crowd.
Jessie went to tend to his hurting brother and helped him to his feet. Weakly Jack leaned on him as they headed down the aisle to the locker room. "I can't believe it", said Jack. "I can't believe we lost AGAIN! I'm sorry Jessie" Jack was feeling he had let them down as he was the one who was pinned. "Jack..hey man its not your fault. We'll get a win soon enough." Jack looked to his older brother and said, "Face it Jessie, we're jobbers. We're tag team JOBBERS!" "Come on little brother", said Jessie "remember what we promised each other after HB and Kane beat us? We promised to do better and start getting wins" "Well we're not doing such a good job are we Jessie?" Jessie just put both hands to the sides of his brother's head and said, "Jack, look at me. We ARE better than an O and 3 record, and we will do better...Believe me!" Jack rubbed his still sore stomach and said, "OK, I believe you Jessie." Jack turned and walked away and Jessie was not sure Jack really did believe. If the truth were known Jessie was not totally sure himself.
