The commissioners had watched the match. Contrary to belief using the singlet to bind an opponents arms was forbidden.

Cody was not a referee via training. In no way could any object be used to bind a person's arms and limit his ability to defend himself.

Frank had baltantly broken the rules and knew it, and he had done so to gain a victory.

The commissioners quickly voided the match and called both wreslters to the office. The match would be fought again.

Taylor was told to come to the ring in wrestling attire not a singlet, and Frank was cautioned for his cheap tactics to gain a submission.

Frank knew he was in the wrong, but had wanted revenge for the harsh working over he had taken.

Now he had to face Taylor a second time.
