Rusty vs Dane: After the Tommy-Steve match

At school on Monday, Kevin was waiting near the entrance when Steve pulled up in the parking lot and parked. Getting out of the car, Steve walked around and opened the door for Tommy to get out. "See you after school," Tommy smirked as he walked toward the entrance.

Steve slammed the car door before heading into school himself. His upper body was on fantastic display as the sweat shirt he was wearing was really too small. It was originally designed for Tommy, so was stretched across Steve's muscles. That was the ONLY nice thing about the shirt. The large "LOSER" written across the front and back reminded Steve and everyone else of his being outsmarted in the wrestling match. Not to mention some of the stains still visible on the shirt.

Steve stormed across the parking lot and into the building. "He's not going to be any fun to be around this week," Rusty intoned to Kevin as he walked up behind him.

"Well, serves the idiot right for getting himself into the situation," he retorted.

"Hey, it wasn't his fault. He had Tommy beat until Bastian got in the way," Rusty defended his fellow HW Posse member.

"Yeah, but if he had let me do the thinking, I would have made sure the contract was written so that he didn't have to pay the price. He doesn't get paid to think," Kevin snorted. In actuality, Kevin had to give credit to Bastian. He had worked the system just like Kevin would have - if he had thought of it first.

"Well you are probably right, but we as Posse have to stick together."

"Oh, we will, but there also has to be consequences for ones action," Kevin smirked. As he said these he turned to watch as Dane and Cody entered the building. "And that is the first consequence."

Seeing where Tommy was looking, Rusty asked "What do you mean by that Kev."

Kevin turned and stared at Rusty for a long time. "Just this Rusty. It time for Dane to defend his championship title and it should be a Posse member getting a shot. Now, by rights that should probably be Steve."

"Yeah, I guess so," Rusty replied sullenly. In truth he wanted that shot.

"However, I think it should be you," Kevin stated.

Looking a little shocked and trying not to look too smug, Rusty answered "thanks, but Steve..."

"Fuck Steve," Kevin replied hotly. Seeing the look on Rusty's face, Kevin backtracked a little. "I didn't mean that. What I meant was that Steve got fucked. Not only did Bastian screw up his revenge with Tommy, he screwed Steve out of his shot at the championship. Do you think that Dane is going to give him a title shot when he's walking around the school with a "LOSER" shirt on?? Besides, it doesn't do the image of the Posse any good. So I think you should get the title shot."

Rusty decided not to argue. Hell, he wanted the shot. "I guess that's true. But Steve's going to be pissed and he intends to challenge Dane today."

"He should be pissed - - - at Bastian. As for the challenge, I'll take care of that challenging Dane for you. I don't have time to tell Steve," (or truth be known the desire he thought), "because if I don't get the challenge done soon, someone other than a Posse member will get the shot."

With that Kevin headed off to find Dane. He found him in front of his locker. Approaching using his most insincere smile Kevin began, "Hey Dane, I got a challenge for your jacket."

"You are going to challenge me," Dane smirked and then laughed.

Trying to maintain his composure Kevin replied, "not this time dude. The challenge is from my good friend Rusty."

Cody looked over, "Rusty?? We thought Steve would be issuing that challenge??"

"Well, after the events of Saturday night, the Posse felt it would be more agreeable to everyone if Rusty issued the challenge. I mean there has to be a little "honor" to go along with the jacket and because of that asshole Bastian, Steve isn't quite the representative that TW needs right now."

Looking down the hall and seeing Steve at his locker, Dane laughed, "well you got that right. He is a LOSER not a champ." Both Cody and Dane laughed. Steve heard the laughter and turned toward the two. Dane blew a kiss down the hall. Steve just slammed the locker and headed in the other direction. He wanted to go and give Dane his head on a platter, but knew he could do that in the championship match which it looked like Kevin was negotiating at present.

"Yeah, Rusty is a good wrestler and probably has earned a shot. And with the microscope the Posse is under right now, it should be a fair match without the Posse's involvement." As he said the last he looked long and hard at Kevin.

"The Posse doesn't need to be involved for Rusty to kick your ass," Kevin replied hotly. "Do you accept the challenge or not."

"Yeah, I accept. I'll sign the contract later today. Oh, by the way, it'll be a two out of three fall match. Pin or submission."

"Agreed." Kevin smiled and stuck out his hand. Dane reached out and took the hand. As he did, Kevin pulled him in and delivered a knee to the balls. Dane doubled over.

"Don't EVER disrespect the Posse," Kevin hissed as he released the hand and walked into the crowd. He knew that neither Cody nor Dane would risk a confrontation here and now.

"Asshole," Cody replied as he checked on Dane. Dane was a little stunned but not really hurt.

Rusty vs Dane: Locker Room

Cody and Dane were standing at the lockers waiting for the call for the championship match. "Hang in their buddy, you'll be fine," Cody said as he massaged his friend's shoulders.

"Rusty may be a member of the Posse, but he isn't any slouch," Dane replied.

"Hey, I know that. He will give you a good match, but you can take him."

"Just as long as I don't get over confident."

* * * * *

Across the locker room, the Posse was gathered around Rusty.

Kevin, "Okay Rusty you can do this. All you have to do is fight your fight. Dane is a loser. He is a mister "goody two-shoes". Don't be afraid to take advantage of any situation."

Rusty looked up at Kevin. "No devious little tricks for me this time, huh?"

Kevin smiled and laughed. "You don't need them. Besides as you well know in championship matches any shenanigans and the powers that be, piss their pants. Besides, TW has been watching us like a hawk after the last series of matches involving us." As he said this Kevin looked over at Steve. Steve made no reply, just started to turn slightly read in the face. Kevin took it as a sign of embarrassment, which he should have been since Steve had to wear the "Loser" shirt for an entire week. He would have been very surprised to know that it was anger-anger at Kevin for continuing to make the snide little remarks, anger at Bastian for his little stunt, anger at Rusty for getting HIS shot at the champ, anger for the week of humiliation and anger just for anger shake. Somebody soon was going to feel that anger. Surprising enough the one person he didn't have much anger toward was Tommy. The kid had stepped up to take his punishment and only through the intervention of Bastian had things gone wrong. And Tommy had been unaware of that - as evidenced by his punishment from Bastian and his look of betrayal in the locker room after. That had been real, Tommy couldn't fake that.

Just as the ring announcer began his introduction, the Posse all huddled up, offered encouragement and then escorted Rusty toward the locker room exit.

Rusty - Dane: Fall One

LADIES AND GENTLEMAN. TONIGHT'S NEXT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH IS FOR THE HEAVYWEIGHT JACKET. IT IS TO BE A TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH TO PIN OR SUBMISSION. ENTERING THE ARENA FIRST IS THE CHALLENGER. STANDING 6'2" TALL AND WEIGHING IN AT 206 POUNDS , HERE IS.......RUSTY.

Rusty entered to the boos of the crowd, although one or two of the ladies in attendance did whistle and cheer. One or two of the men in the crowd wanted to but restrained themselves. Rusty simply trotted to the ring trying to concentrate on the match ahead. He was followed by the Posse who took their seats front row.

ENTERING THE RING NEXT IS THE CURRENT CHAMPION. HE STANDS 6'2" AND WEIGHS 226 , HERE IS THE CHAMP....DANE.

Dane entered the arena to the massive cheering of the crowd. He nodded and raised his arm to acknowledge them and then headed for the ring. He was followed in by Cody and Bastian. As he got to the ring apron, he stopped for a moment, took a deep breath, climbed onto the apron edge and then leaped over the top rope. He was more than ready for action.

The bell sounded signaling the start of the match.

As they approached the center of the ring, Rusty decided to offer a show of respect to the champ and extended his hand. Remembering the handshake in the hall with Kevin, Dane just looked and laughed, "I don't really think so." He slapped the hand away.

Rusty felt his anger growing. He had intended to give the champ a little respect, but now he just wanted to beat him up. "Okay, have it your way. You up for a test of strength?" He challenged as he threw his hands into the air.

Dane accepted and with caution the two locked hands. They both then set their legs and began straining. As they did the crowed watched as all the muscles on both guys popped out. The rutting contest had begun.

Rusty felt a smirk start to cross his face as he felt Dane's hands starting to go down. He would show the audience who was the true champ quickly. As Rusty began to get the advantage he noticed Dane resetting himself. "Can't handle it chump, err I mean champ," Rusty taunted.

In what appeared to be a strained voice Dane replied, "I can handle you just fine." With that Dane suddenly shifted his weight, fell on his back, brought his feet up and slammed them into the midsection. Rusty let out an "uumpph" as the air escaped. Not releasing the hand lock, Dane proceeded to pull, monkey flipping Rusty up and over onto his back. Once Rusty slammed into the mat, Dane did not release the finger hold. Instead he continued with his momentum and flipped himself up and over landing on Rusty's lower chest and abs.

He then released his opponent's hands and delivered a series of punches to the pecs. The ref warned him half-heartedly about the closed fist. He intended to give both teens a little leeway in the championship bout as long as they stayed "relatively in the rules". Following the punches, Dane stood and delivered a series of elbow drops into the pecs. Alternating left and right.

He then stood, reached down, grabbed Rusty by the hair and pulled him up. Dane then stooped down, grabbed Rusty around the hips and stood, lifting Rusty into the air. He then dropped backward slamming Rusty's chest across the top rope. When his momentum was stopped by the Rope, Rusty felt as if a hot wire had been driven into his chest. He bounced back off the rope and down to the mat.

Wasting no time, Dane pulled him back to his feet, locked on a double pec claw and demonstrating his tremendous strength, lifted Rusty off his feet. Rusty's entire weight was now centered on his pecs. They were on fire.

As he continued the pec claw, Dane had to lower Rusty back to the mat. He didn't want to waste his strength holding him in the air. However, Dane had miscalculated his position and Rusty was able to reach over and grab the ropes, pulling him and Dane into them.

As the ref called for the break, Rusty drilled a judo kick into Dane's lower abdomen bending him over. He quickly grabbed the head, locked it under his arm, turned back into the ring and delivered a DDT. The tide of the match had changed.

It was now Rusty's turn to deliver a series of stomps into Dane. He concentrated the blows in the lower abdomen, just above the genitals. The muscles there were always a little weaker. He followed the stomps with a series of elbow smashes and then knees. He then dropped down onto Dane chest, facing his feet. He delivered a series of lefts and rights into the abdomen. The last fist was directly to the balls, causing the ref to call for a break. Rusty just smiled as the ref pushed him back and admonished him. The purpose of the ball shot was two fold. One to inflict a little pain and get Dane's attention and two, Rusty knew that a good blow to the balls, also made it more difficult to tense the lower abs without causing pain. It opened them up to more abuse.

Rusty did a couple of quick bodybuilder poses for the crowd, who mostly were booing, before turning back to his hurting opponent. He smirked as he walked over to the champ who was holding his stomach and moaning. As he reached over to pull Dane up, Rusty felt a sudden pain in his lower abs and realized that Dane had delivered a very powerful punch. Dane hadn't been as hurt as Rusty hoped.

As Rusty stepped back from the blow, Dane jumped to his feet, delivered a front kick into the abs, then grabbed Rusty around the neck. Dane then delivered a textbook neck breaker. Rusty was now in a great deal of hurt. Dane covered for the count but wasn't surprised when Rusty kicked out at two. Rusty was much tougher than that.

Dane repeated his series of knees, elbows and stomps to the stomach, before pulling Rusty to his feet. He crotch lifted the challenger. He then slightly changed his grip and power lifted Rusty over his head like a barbell. He bent his knees slightly, quickly straightened up and threw Rusty high into the air. As Rusty came straight down, Dane dropped to one knee, extended the other knee and felt a satisfying "slap" as Rusty dropped gut first onto the outstretched knee.

Rusty just rolled off the knee, and locked his arms around his abs as he tried to get his breath back. Dane wasn't waiting however. He was going to press his advantage. He pulled Rusty to hit feet and in the middle of the ring he locked on a abdominal stretch.

He supplemented this with blows to the stomach and intermittent ab claw. The ref's request for a submission was met with a series of loud "No way, No."

Realizing that Rusty wasn't quite ready yet, Dane released the ab stretch and repeated the gutbuster. Dane then placed Rusty on his stomach, sat on his back, draped his arms across his legs and placed his hands under his chin. Rusty was in the perfect camel clutch as Dane reared back and pulled. Although in a great deal of pain, Rusty still refused to submit.

Again Dane released the hold, pulled Rusty to his feet, locked on a double pec claw, lifted Rusty off his feet and charged into the turnbuckle, slamming Rusty's lower back into the middle one.

Dane then dropped Rusty to his feet, grabbed the middle rope and delivered a series of 5 shoulder blocks into the midsection. Each blow made it more difficult for Rusty to get his breath.

As the ref reached the five count, Dane pulled back, pulled Rusty's head under his arm and delivered a DDT out of the corner. He then lifted Rusty up and delivered another neck breaker.

Feeling that the time had come to end the fall. Dane then pulled Rusty to the middle of the ring. He initially placed Rusty face down, and then pulled Rusty up until he was on his knees. Dane walked around and sat down on Rusty's legs so that the two wrestler's were back to back. He reached over his right shoulder, grabbed Rusty head and pulled it back. As Rusty's head came to rest on Dane shoulder, Dane locked his hands under the chin and began pulling. He had Rusty in a sitting hangman's noose. Rusty had to arch his back to try and relieve the pressure on his neck, however this only increased the pressure on his abused abs. Plus as he arched, Dane would pull even harder thereby setting up a little vicious cycle. With Dane's full weight sitting on his legs, he was unable to lift out of the hold.

Rusty could not find a way out of the hold and finally screamed, "Okay, I submit, I submit damn it, I submit." Dane released the hold and stood up.

As he did so, Rusty just slumped to the mat. His quest for the championship had not started out well at all.

LADIES AND GENTLEMAN. THE WINNER OF THE FIRST FALL, THE TW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.......DANE.

There was loud cheers and applause from the audience as their champ had started his defense of his jacket very well.

Rusty vs Dane: Intermission #1

Kevin hopped into the ring and helped Rusty back to his corner. He wiped his fighter down and gave him some water and some encouragement. "That's okay, champ. He may have taken the first fall, but you'll do okay."

Rusty just sat there not saying much. He couldn't believe that he had not only lost the first fall, but hadn't put up much of a defense either.

"Listen to me Rusty. You have to go out their and wrestle YOUR match. Not his. He may be the champ now, but you can take him. He isn't that good, and you're a whole lot better."

Rusty just nodded as he listened to Kevin's encouragement. He never took his eyes off Dane.

* * * *

Dane was in his corner, stretching, jumping around and talking with Cody. He felt good. The first fall had gone all his way and he was well on his way to defending his title.

"Just keep up the pressure. You know have him where you want him," Cody urged. "Just remember to wrestle your match."

"Yeah, this second fall is going to be easy now that I have him softened up," Dane replied.

"whoa, dude. Don't underestimate Rusty. He may be a member of the Posse, but he is still a good wrestlers."

Dane stopped and looked at his friend. At first sorta stunned. "Yeah, man your right. But I can still kick his ass."

"I know you can, so go to it."

* * * *

"What a fucking pathetic showing," Steve murmured under his breath, low enough that no one else could hear him. At least he thought so. However, Luke did overhear his comments and just looked at Steve.

* * * *

Just then the bell sounded for fall number 2

Rusty vs Dane: Fall Two

With a sense of deja-vu, Rusty threw his hands in the air for a test of strength. Dane just smiled as he accepted and threw his hands up. Rusty dropped his right hand and held just his left up. Dane did the same and the two teens then locked their left hands. Just as soon as they had cinches tight, Rusty delivered a Judo kick with his right leg into the Dane's lower abs. He repeated the move twice more. He then used his opponent's left arm to throw him into the ropes.

As Dane came off the ropes and back into the middle of the ring, he was met with a judo thrust into the pec. He staggered back but managed to stay on his feet, but only for a few moments, because Rusty followed up with a spin kick into the lower abdomen doubling Dane over. Rusty locked Dane into a headlock which was followed by a bulldog into the mat.

Rusty regained his feet and this time wasted no time in showing off for the crowd. He delivered a series of

stomps to the lower back. Following this he delivered series of knee drops into the back, the last two re-enforced by coming off the ropes. He then pulled Dane to his feet. Once Dane reached his feet, he slammed his fist into Rusty's abs, driving him back just a step or two, but not really hurting the teen.

Rusty quickly stepped back in and crotch lifted the champ. He delivered a back breaker across his right knee, holding the champ over his knee. Without letting him drop to the mat, he picked Dane up and delivered two more breakers.

He next pulled Dane up to his feet, and lifted him into an over the shoulder back breaker. Dane felt as if he was being cracked into. However, he had his sense about him and reached out grabbing the top rope and pulling both him and Rusty into the ropes. Seizing a golden opportunity, Rusty "lost his grip" and dumped Dane over the top rope onto the floor below.

While Cody half-heartedly implored the ref to disqualify Rusty for throwing his man over the tope rope, Rusty exited the ring. Everyone knew that the ref wasn't going to disqualify for those actions, but Cody felt that he had to "play the part".

As the ref began the ten count, Rusty picked the HW champ up after stomping into his abs twice. He then grabbed Dane in a bear hug before driving Dane into the ring edge making sure the lower back took the brunt of the punishment. He did this twice before dropping him. Rusty then re-entered the ring to stop the count. He quickly re-exited the ring, picked Dane up belly to belly, holding him sideways, and drove Dane's back into the turnbuckle three time before depositing Dane on the ring apron. Rusty then climbed back into the ring, drug the champ back under the ropes and positioned him in the middle of the ring.

Rusty climbed to the top rope and jumped off preparing to drive his knee into Dane's abdomen. There was a knee into the abdomen, however, it was Dane's knee into Rusty's abs. While in a great deal of pain, Dane wasn't by any means out of it yet. He managed to draw both knees up and slam them into his falling opponent.

Both teens lay there on the mat. Dane managed to get up first, although he was hurting more. He knew that he had to make a move quickly. He delivered two knees into Rusty's gut, followed by an abs claw. As Rusty writhed on the mat, Dane bore down as hard a he could. He finally released the claw, stood up (feeling a pain across his back as he did so), and stomped into the abs. He then went for an elbow drop, aiming for the lower abdominals, but Rusty rolled out of the way causing Dane to drive the point of his elbow into the mat.

Both teens then got to their feet and locked up collar and elbow. Dane drove a knee into Rusty's mid-section, and then crotch lifted him. As he got Rusty up onto his chest, Rusty began kicking his feet. This caused Dane to bend back some. As he did, he felt his back "pop" with a sharp pain across it. He fell backward with Rusty landing on top of him.

Rusty got to his beet, drug Dane up and proceeded to deliver a series of three back breakers. He then pulled a hurting Dane to his feet and slammed a Judo kick into the stomach. As Dane bent over, Rusty trapped his head between his thighs and lifted the teen up. Dane attempted to block but was unable to do so. Everyone was expecting a pile driver, but instead, once Rusty had Dane's feet full in the air, he bent Dane's legs at the knee and grabbed onto the ankles.

Rusty was standing in the middle of the ring. Dane's head was trapped between his still like thighs. Dane's legs were bent at the knees and Rusty was holding the ankles, forcing Dane to arc his back outward. This caused a tremendous strain of Dane's back. As the ref went to ask Dane if he submitted, Rusty released one ankle and delivered a Judo chop down into Dane's exposed crotch. The ref could not see this and attributed Dane's screams of pain to the back pressure. Rusty continued to deliver chops into the nuts for a total of five before Dane finally screamed "I submit, I submit."

Rusty held the hold after the submission for the entire five count before dropping the teen to the mat.

LADIES IN GENTLEMAN. THE WINNER OF THE SECOND FALL, THE CHALLENGER.....RUSTY. THE MATCH IS NOW TIED AT ONE FALL APIECE. Most of the crowd booed, but Rusty didn't care. He was now back in the match.

Rusty vs Dane: Intermission #2

As Cody helped Dane into his corner, he asked, "Man what just happened."

"I just got my ass kicked. That's what happened," Dane replied with a tone of anger and astonishment in his voice. "Guess I didn't take him seriously enough."

"Nah, you did fine. It was his cheap shots to the balls that got you man."

"Yeah, sure," Dane replied. But he also knew that he had been a little too overconfident going into that fall and had let it get the best of him. He hadn't really been at his mental best. But that wasn't going to happen again.

* * * * *

"Now that's the way to kick ass," Kevin encouraged.

"Yeah, well that did feel good," Rusty smirked.

"That's what I meant by 'fighting your game'. You set him up perfectly for a little abuse while the ref wasn't really looking."

Rusty just quickly glanced at Kevin and smiled. He did have a little regret for the low blows, but not much. He wanted to wear that jacket and if that is what it took then so be it. He knew that the third fall was going to be a real battle.

* * * * *

Steve sat without much emotion as he watched the second fall. As the Posse jumped to their feet with Dane's win, he just sat and clapped slightly. His actions did not go unnoticed by Luke.

Rusty vs Dane: Fall three

Both wrestlers were now psyched for the final fall. The battle for the championship jacket how now come down to a one fall match. While both boys had taken a beating, the desire for that jacket was even stronger.

As the bell for the third fall rang, the two combatants warily walked to the center of the ring.

"Might as well keep it constant," Dane laughed as he threw his hands up for a test of strength.

"Why not," Rusty laughed in return.

The two then locked up, planted their feet and began the test. As both teens strained, the muscles in their arms, chest and legs came to full definition. The sweat glistened off their bodies. The audience was being treated to a man vs man battle and appreciated it.

After five minutes of straining, neither one was getting an advantage and at an unspoken signal, they both broke the hold and stood back. They next locked up in a collar and elbow. Dane managed to get a better position and hip tossed Rusty to the mat. However, almost as soon as he touched the mat, Rusty was on his way back to his feet. Dane countered with two more hips tosses.

On the next try, Rusty managed to reverse and hip toss Dane to the mat. He followed with an attempted stomp to the abs, but Dane rolled out of the way. Dane regained his feet, just in time to be hit by a charging Rusty and forced back into the corner. As he did the small of his back slammed into the middle turnbuckle driving the air from his lungs. Rusty followed with two quick shoulder blocks into the abs. On the second one, Dane double over Rusty.

Rusty lifted up and flipped Dane over his back and to the mat. Seizing the opportunity, Rusty climbed to the second rope and dove off aiming for a splash on Dane. However, Dane was more than aware where he was and simple rolled out of the way. Rusty hit chest and abs down on the mat.

Dane was the first to his feet. He turned toward Rusty, who had managed to get to his hands and knees. He delivered a football style kick into the side, followed by forearm slam to the lower back, driving Rusty back down to the mat. He then grabbed Rusty's legs and applied a boston crab, sitting high on the back. He knew it was too early for a submission, but wanted to start inflicting some pain and wearing his man down.

Summoning his strength, Rusty was able to begin lifting his upper body off the mat, and then suddenly flexing his legs, was able to throw Dane off.

Both wrestlers got to their feet and turned to face one another. They warily circled one another looking for an opening. Suddenly Rusty dropped down to his knee and drove a judo chop into the lower abs of Dane. Dane managed to step back and did not receive the full blunt of the blow. Rusty took advantage, however, and swung his feet around sweeping Dane's feet out from under him and to the mat. Rusty jumped on Dane's back and applied a chin lock. Using this to control his opponent, he then managed to grab one of Dane's arms and pull it up into a hammerlock. Once he had this secure he began delivering fist into the trapped bicep and shoulder area.

He then slid around still holding the wrist and arm high up Dane's back, placed his feet on Dane's shoulders and using this for leverage began pulling the arm higher. Dane screamed in pain and tried to lift off the mat to relieve the pain. Tiring of this hold, Rusty released it, stood up, pulled Dane to his feet, crotch lifted him and delivered a body slam with the arm still trapped behind his back. He repeated this move twice more.

Next Rusty pulled Dane to his hands and knees, pulled the right arm through his legs and began pressing back on the shoulder joint using his thigh as a lever. Dane screamed with the pain but refused to submit. Rusty then jumped in the air landing his butt on the shoulder/bicep forcing Dane to the mat.

Rusty stood and did a double biceps pose for the crowd. He then approached Dane. Dane had managed to turn to his back. As Rusty got within range, he rolled back onto his shoulders and delivered a double mule kick into Rusty's solid abs, forcing him back into the ropes. Dane quickly rose to his feet, followed Rusty into the ropes and delivered a series of knees into the abs. He then took Rusty by the arm and threw him across the ring and into the opposite ring ropes. As Rusty bounced back into the middle of the ring, he was met with a high drop kick forcing him back into the ropes. This time as he bounced off he was met by Dane's feet in his abs who proceeding to monkey flip him to the mat.

Rusty bounced as he hit the mat. Dane rose and proceeded to delivery a series of stomps into Rusty's abs. He followed up with two knee drops and then dropped to his knees beside Rusty and applied an abdominal claw. Rusty's muscles felt as if a thousand ants were chewing on them. He stamped his feet trying to get some relief. Dane just dug in deeper. Rusty's thrashing finally moved him within range of the ropes and he grabbed the bottom rope. As the ref called for the break, Dane delivered one final punch into the abs.

Once the claw was released, Rusty slide under the ropes and to the floor looking for a moment of rest. Dane wasn't going to allow that however. He also slide under the bottom rope and approached his foe. He approached Rusty from behind, picked him up and delivered a suplex onto the thinly padded floor. He then re-entered the ring to break the count.

Rusty slowly regained his feet and made an attempt to enter the ring. As he put his hand on the bottom rope, Dane approached him. He bent through the top and second rope to grab Rusty by the hair to "assist" him back into the ring. Rusty dropped the bottom rope, drove a fist up into Dane's abs, causing him to release the hair. Rusty then grabbed both ankles, pulling Dane off his feet and back first onto the mat. He then repositioned Dane's ankles, one on each side of the turnbuckle and jerked Dane crotch first into the ring post. As Dane writhed on the mat, Rusty re-entered the ring. He was met by the ref who gave him a thorough chewing out. Rusty simple stood and listened. He had done what he needed to do.

As Dane used the corner ropes to regain his feet, Rusty patiently waited. Once Dane was standing, Rusty moved into the corner, slamming Dane back first into the turnbuckle. Placing his left forearm across Dane's chest to keep him upright, Rusty delivered a series of judo thrusts into the lower abs. At the count of four and a half he stopped, stepped back to break the count, but then moved back in and repeated the maneuver. After breaking the second time, he took Dane by the wrist and whipped him across the ring and back first into the opposite ring post. He followed up by charging in and delivering a shoulder block into the midsection. Instead of allowing Dane to bend over, he grabbed the middle ropes and delivered five shoulder blocks into the abs, before letting Dane fall face first to the mat.

As Dane hit the mat, he felt a sharp pain across the lower back as Rusty drilled a knee drop. This was repeated four times. Dane was then pulled to his feet, crotch lifted and dropped in a back breaker across Rusty's knee. Instead of letting him drop however, Dane was held over the knee stretching his back out. Rusty pounded into the lower abs. He then lifted Dane up and repeated the moves.

Rusty grabbed Dane by the hair and threw him out of the ring. He quickly followed and delivered a series of two back drops to the thinly matted floor. He entered the ring to break the count and then exited again. He picked Dane up belly to belly and then drove his lower back into the ring edge three time. He then rolled Dane back into the ring.

He pulled his opponent into the middle of the ring, grabbed the legs and executed a boston crab, sitting high on the back and trying to make Dane's heels touch the back of his head. Despite repeated requests from the ref, Dane refused to submit. After several minutes, Rusty dropped the hold, stomped the back then applied a camel clutch. Again Dane refused to submit.

Rusty decided the time had come for his finishing hold. Making sure that Dane was in the middle of the ring, he rolled him onto his stomach, sat on his back and pulled Dane's legs up. It almost looked like he was going for another boston crab. However, instead, he bent Dane's legs at the knee and crossed the ankle. He then stood up, facing Dane's feet. He locked the ankles behind his own but. He then reached down, grabbed Dane by both wrists and stood up, lifting Dane off the mat in a flying bow and arrow.

He then began rocking gently back and forth. The pain in Dane's back was the worst, but his lower abs were hurting like hell also. He held out for five minutes before moaning, "I give, I submit."

Rusty held the hold until after the bell and the count of five from the ref. He then dropped Dane to the mat and jumped in the air pumping his fists and screaming, "Yes, Yes, I AM the Champ." As the other Posse members began to filter into the ring to congratulate Rusty, Cody had risen from his seat to go aid his friend. However, a sharp blow from behind had knocked him to the floor, allowing all the Posse members to enter the ring alone.

At Kevin's commands Luke lifted Dane from the mat and applied a full nelson. Kevin delivered a series of three fists to the lower abs before driving a judo kick into Dane's crotch. He then had Luke toss Dane out of the ring. "Nobody, but nobody, messes with the Posse." he screamed at the downed ex-champ.

The Posse then began to celebrate their second victory of the night with wild enthusiasm except for one. Steve went through the motions of congratulating Rusty, but his heart wasn't really into the celebration. Most of the Posse didn't notice, but Kevin never missed a thing.

As the new champ put his jacket on, to the boos of the crowd, Cody and Bastian helped a very dejected Dane back to the locker room.
