jimsub81 Contrasting Styles Match: Brawlers Vs Flyers, Prematch

The night had finally arrived. Warren and Gene were pacing nervously. They had shown that they were not rookies in the ring. They had beaten both teams they were set to face tonight and they had bested their two partners in a nonofficial practice match. But still as the brothers peeked out to see the hordes of fans packed into the stands they were a little jumpy as they knew this was the main event of the evening. They wanted to put on a good performance for their new league. Not just for the fans but to their peers as well too squelch all doubt once and for all that they were not for real.

Corwin and Drew normally spent the time before a match isolated, preparing themselves. But tonight they sat in across from each other. They leaned forward almost touching heads as they played "Rock Paper Scissors." Warren said, "Man I don't know how you two are so calm. I know you've done this a lot more than us but.." Corwin stood up and put his arm around Warren's shoulders practically hugging him. He said, "Warren we're just trying to stay loose. Don't mistake that for taking this match lightly. It's just how Drew and I have always prepared for a match." Gene looked at him quizzically, "You play Rock Paper Scissors?" Drew laughed and said, "Well not always that but we just try to do something to get our mind off the match so as we don't get all worked up and psyched out before it even starts. It's something that we found works for us. It may not be for everyone though. But like Cor said, don't think we're not taking this seriously or think either of us won't have your backs every second of the time in there."

Warren and Gene felt better and Corwin led them to seats and they all sat in a small circle. "So this works? This 'Taking you mind off the match'?" asked Warren. Drew said, "Like I said it's worked for us and we've had a lot of success." Corwin added, "And the four of us have practiced hard all week, right?" The brothers nodded as they certainly had. "And," he went on "all of us know what's expected and what tactics to use against which opponents, right?" again more nods of agreement. "And, if we get thrown off our game plan we know we can trust each other because we know what we're all capable of, right?" Again the brothers agreed. Corwin finished and flashed a pearly white smile, "Then we're all set boys. Besides me and Drew don't want anything to happen to you two because we want a rematch with your butts in a sanctioned match and we want you at full strength." Warren had not liked Corwin at all when they first met and he had not really warmed up to him in the first two prep sessions for this match. But over the past few days he had come too really like Corwin a lot. He heard the serious tone Corwin used but now knew him well enough now to know that there was a tone of playfulness beneath it. Warren replied, "Be happy to give you two another lesson there Cor old buddy, sanctioned match or in the practice ring again." Corwin looked over to Drew who got slightly pale at the mention of the practice ring. Drew said, "Uh ah, no more for me in that practice ring. Place has bad karma for me!" Corwin laughed as he slugged Drew on the arm and said, "You and your fucking karma!" Warren and Gene laughed with him. "Don't knock the karma man!", said Drew.

A few moments passed and Gene said, "Hey, you ever play Team Rock Paper Scissors?" "No never,' said Corwin, "but let's see how it goes." They started to play and soon Warren and Gene were feeling much less nervous.

Sandy, Hal, Mark and Dillon were standing in another part of the room far enough away from their opponents that they could not be heard. All were quite confident. Sandy said to his partner and long time friends, "Ready to do it fellas?" He held out his fist. All three of his partners bumped it and those of the others. Dillon said, "Fuckin A man! Those little flip floppin candy asses gonna go down hard!" Three grunts of agreement followed his comment. "Gonna shoot em out of the sky like clay pigeons!", said Hal. Before his partners could respond another voice was heard. They turned to see Tyson and Brett as it was Tyson saying, "Man I do hope so. What those four do ain't wrestling. Can't wait for you to show em what happens when they meet real hard core fighting." Mark introduced Tyson and Brett to Sandy and Hal. Brett said, "You guys have more support than you know too. Just thought I'd tell you." Sandy said, "Thanks guys that means a lot too!" Brett stuck out his fist saying, "No problem bro!" Sandy bounced his fist off Brett's. Tyson and Brett moved off as Tyson pointed a finger at the four about to do battle, "You DA TEAM! Kick some fairy tail in there!"

The four closed into a small circle. They locked wrists together. They each spoke quietly yet confidently to each other in voices filled with determination fueled by anger and vengeance. They vowed to do themselves and each other proud while at the same time promising to do painful things to their opponents. Had the high flying team been able to hear what they were saying Warren and Gene would most likely have gotten very nervous again. And, Corwin and Drew's calm confidence would have been shaken to its foundations.

"And now TW fans we come to the main event of the evening. We have a special four on four match between two contrasting styles of wrestling. First, at a combined weight of 667 pounds?MARK AND DILLON and their partners tonight SANDY AND HAL!" The four- man team that had been dubbed the "Thugs" by their fellow wrestlers entered to a hail of booing. Both teams had adopted bad boy personas and did it exceptionally well. They waved off the crowds jeering and yelled "Shuts up!" over and over antagonizing the fans even more. The more the crowd booed the more the four tough teens soaked it up. Little did the crowd know they were feeding the fires that burned inside all four boys and just sealed their resolve even more.

"And now let's meet their opponents. At a combined weight of 651 pounds, one of our newer tag teams currently undefeated, WARREN AND GENE and former TW tag team champions CORWIN AND DREW!" The four boys nicknamed the "Flyers" or the acrobatic wrestling team came racing down the aisle at top speed. Corwin and Drew hurtled over the top ropes in their trademark style as graceful as two gazelles while Warren and Gene each grabbed the top rope and did back flips into the ring. All four landed side by side in almost perfect unison. The crowd loved it. Even their opponents were impressed by the show of ability. But the thugs also felt the four nimble wrestlers were showing off. They aimed to show them that that style of wrestling could not prevail over brute strength and traditional holds.

The announcer went on to explain the rules of the match. "In this event there will be two members from each team allowed in the ring at any one time. Any wrestler in the ring may tag out to any teammate. All standard tag team rules apply. This is an elimination match. Once a wrestler is pinned or submits he is out but the rest of his team goes on till one team is totally eliminated." The crowd was really into the match already. It looked to be an exciting one with two outstanding sets of skilled wrestlers. The ring announcer continued, "Since this promises to be an action filled match it has been decided that there should be two referees to oversee this event. So let's meet them, both wrestlers from the Heavyweight division?CODY AND JAKE!" The two heavyweight boys took to the ring receiving a good round of applause. They had been on opposite sides of fence in the recent tourney for the HW title but hopefully working together in this match would help heal some wounds. At least that was what the league officials hoped.

The two teams gathered in the center. Cody yielded and allowed Jake to do the talking. He said, "OK guys I can tell already that you want to rip each other apart. But you all know the rules. And don't you forget that Cody and I do too! When we give an instruction it's to be obeyed. Got it?" Corwin, Drew, Warren and Gene all nodded. Jake noticed no acknowledgement of his words from the other team. He looked sternly at them and said, "I don't see you guys nodding. You get what I just said? Cody and I are the law in here." The brawling team finally gave in a nodded grudgingly. All except Hal nodded and that was not missed by Cody who said, "Hal? You get it?" Hal said nothing but gave Cody a half assed salute and a slight nod. "OK", said Jake "back to your corners. When the bell rings you know what to do." Dillon said to his opposition, "When it rings you guys would be smart to run like hell!" Warren made a lunge at him but a forearm that seemed more like a tree trunk stopped him short. Cody said to him, "Save it for the match sport! Get back to your corners all of you!"

When all were settled on the apron Jake called for the bell. Warren and Gene began against Mark and Dillon. The thugs knew that whoever started against them would come out quick. They were right but were not prepared for the duel attack that was part of the Flyer's plan. Warren and Gene totally ignored Mark as they sprinted out and launched a double drop kick at Dillon. Two well toned sets of legs were slammed into Dillon's chest and stomach sending him right back into his corner so hard and fast that his partners there could barely brace his fall. He hit the turnbuckles hard. A somewhat surprised Mark then lunged at Gene who was on his back but the small kid spun on his back and drove two hard boots up into Mark's belly doubling him over. Gene then did a kip up and rammed his shoulder into the jaw while almost at the same time hooking Mark in a suplex. He tossed him over his back and Mark was laid out just in time for Warren to leap off the top rope he had quickly climbed. Warren drove his falling weight into Mark's chest by way of an elbow. Mark was in a world of hurt very quickly. And Warren hoisted him up into a crotch slam position.

Dillon recovered enough to rush to his partner's aid. But as Warren jerked Mark to his feet Gene saw Dillon coming and slid under him taking him down by the legs. Dillon fell face first and Gene bounced up and dropped a knee to the lower back. Dillon let out a grunt. Gene moved off of him and a split second later Warren slammed Mark down on top of Dillon's back. Both tough teens were stunned from the sudden and intense attack the flyers mounted. Warren took Gene's wrist and powered his partner to the ropes. Gene used the recoil to leap up onto the bent over back of Warren and propelled himself even higher as he came dropping down across both his opponents in a body splash. Dillon was on the bottom of the pile of flesh and really felt the blow.

The crowd loved it as Warren and Gene put on a display. But more than a few wrestlers, even some that outwardly were friendly to the Flyers team were secretly pulling for the other side viewing that style as more in keeping with wrestling tradition.

Warren and Gene gave each other a quick high five and then proceeded to hurl themselves to the ropes on opposite sides of the ring. Sandy saw the move coming and hopped off the apron pulling down the top rope Gene had his back heading for. Gene toppled over the rope and hit the floor hard on his back. Sandy was back up to the apron thinking he had gotten away with the move. But Cody had seen it and rushed over to warn him. Sandy shrugged and moved as far from Gene as possible. Cody turned to continue to address him but Sandy still played innocent and argued with the heavyweight referee.

Warren had seen his brother's fall from the ring too and rushed over toward him but Mark had recovered enough to lunge out with a clothesline that took Warren's feet from under him. Mark dropped down and punched Warren hard in the lower belly a few times.

Hal meanwhile had dropped off the apron and was kicking Gene in the ribs and stomach with hard boot toes. Gene was gasping for breath under the vicious assault.

Jake was occupied with the action in the ring. Cody was still distracted by Sandy. At last Corwin could stand no more. He couldn't see Gene but could see Hal was stomping the crap out of a target on the floor. Corwin rushed across the ring only to be intercepted by Cody as he left off the pointless argument with Sandy. Corwin was incredulous as he was restrained and pushed back. He argued and pointed to no avail. Cody wanted him out of the ring and was not going to settle for less.

Dillon was now up and mad as hell. He saw Mark whaling away on Warren's stomach and signaled him to move away. Mark did and Dillon dropped down with both knees on Warren's already red stomach. Warren coughed and hugged his stomach as he rolled to his side in obvious pain. Jake watched that action intently.

Sandy then joined Hal in the attack on the now helpless Gene. The tough blonde boys jerked him up each taking an arm and a leg. They raised him up and dropped him gut first over the steel barrier. Gene folded over the rail like a laundry on a line. He was then pulled up by both boys from behind and carried over in a double over the back suplex to the arena floor. They then lifted him again and tossed him into the ring.

At last Corwin saw he was doing more harm than good and got to the apron though it killed him to do so. Cody turned just in time to see Gene come rolling to a stop and Sandy and Hal climbing back to their spots. He knew something had happened but wasn't sure what but whatever it was Gene was suffering badly from it.

Dillon saw the limp Gene and signaled Mark to take over Warren. Mark then rolled Warren over and clamped on a figure four- leg lock that quickly had Warren gritting his teeth in pain.

Dillon closed in on Gene. He hoisted the smaller boy to his feet by his hair then smacked a standing clothesline that took him down again. Dillon had been savoring getting a piece of Warren and Gene since their loss to them. Now he was loving it as he picked the kid up from behind and went for a sidewalk slam. But instead of dropping him on the mats Dillon dropped Gene across the top rope on his neck. Gene bounced back to the mats coughing and gripping at his throat.

Dillon could have gone for a pin but seemed to want to make a demonstration out of Gene. He tossed Gene into the waiting arms of Sandy and Hal who caught him by the shoulders. Dillon then charged in with all his 175 pounds smashing Gene into the turnbuckles. Gene felt like he had been hit by a truck but his suffering was far from over. Dillon then teed off with his mighty fist sending wicked hard jabs into Gene's tight but slowly weakening belly.

Cody moved in and told Sandy and Hal to let go. They did. But the sneaky Hal managed to fire in a punch to the kidney without Cody seeing.

Gene wanted to fall but Dillon sent him sailing into the ropes and caught him with a hard knee raise to the stomach on the rebound. Gene did a complete flip as he went crashing to the mats moaning.

Normally the more passive of the partners, Drew said to himself `fuck it', and charged in to rescue Warren as he believed Gene's defeat was inevitable. Before Jake could stop him Drew smacked Mark across the back of the head with a sweeping side- kick breaking the hold. Jake then ushered Drew from the ring.

Dillon then pulled Gene up and tossed him back toward his corner. Sandy stuck a foot through the ropes and Gene's tortured gut slammed right into it. Gene dropped like a stone.

Warren had seen his brother take the brutal blow but knew he was in no condition to save him. As Mark came back at him Warren fired an anger filled shot from his knees that plowed Mark's diaphragm winding him severely. He fell back toward his own corner and Warren slumped over to tag in Corwin.

Corwin raced to get to Gene's aid as Dillon had dropped down on top of him in a schoolboy pin. Cody was counting off and Gene barely moved. Just as Corwin was about to nail Dillon the retreating Mark got between him and his target. Corwin slammed Mark with a forearm to the head knocking him almost through the ropes. But Mark had delayed him enough as Cody's hand hit the mat a third time. Gene was out and the thugs had got the first fall. The bell was sounded as the first fall was ended

Mark and Dillon then tagged out to Sandy and Hal. Drew was allowed to enter because of the two- man from each team rule. Warren was allowed to assist Gene from the ring. The younger boy was apologizing profusely but his teammates assured him he had done well though that helped him little now.

Now two fresh sets of wrestlers faced off in the forms of Corwin ad Drew and Sandy and Hal. The crowd watched intently as this promised to be an epic encounter.

Corwin and Drew had seen Sandy and Hal wrestle, but had not yet met them in the ring. Mark and Dillon on the other hand had suffered a defeat from the high flying team.

Sandy and Hal expected Corwin and Drew to come out hard and fast. They were ready.

Corwin and Drew knew what the thugs were expecting and decided to beat them at their own game.

Jake and Cody watched. They knew this match had turned brutal quite quickly. They also knew the thugs would stoop to any means possible to secure a victory.

In the locker room Jeff and Sean sat with a disenchanted Gene. The young man was sitting on a bench hugging his red and beaten stomach.

Sean and Jeff had heard the comments made by Tyson and Brett about kicking some fairy ass.

Sean had his arm around Gene's shoulders. He was telling Gene not to worry about his performance. Even the best wrestlers in the league would have gone down to the beating he had sustained at the thugs hands.

In the ring the four guys set to lock up. Corwin and Drew knew with the four on three odds, they could not afford to lose another man. They knew if they did the two remaining guys would get badly worked over.

Sandy and Hal knew that as well and aimed to make quick work of the former Tag Team Chumps.

The four grapplers circled. Mark and Dillon watched for any opening to interfere. They knew double teaming was the ticket to a fast win.

Sandy and Hal knew they had to ground the acrobatic team of Corwin and Drew. They had discussed how to take the legs from under their opponents.

As one Sandy and Hal drove for the legs of their opponents. Corwin and Drew knew the drill and did a handstand and flipped over the incoming attackers. Both Corwin and Drew shot to their feet and delivered standing drop kicks as Sandy and Hal stood.

Sandy and Hal were knocked into the ropes. Corwin and Drew followed up with hard kicks to their opponent's backs, then two quick neck breakers.

Sandy and Hal were hurting quickly.

But anyone who knew Sandy and Hal knew they were not really hurt. The two thugs could take as well as dish out punishment.

Corwin reached down to drag Sandy to his feet. Sandy was ready and making sure Cody and Jake were out of his line of site, shot a thumb to Corwin's throat.

Corwin gagged and stumbled back into the wrong corner. Mark locked his arm around Corwin's throat further cutting off his wind.

Drew had his hands full with Hal. The two guys were rolling around on the mat locked in mutual headlocks. Sandy checked on Hal, then shot a boot to Drew's head before moving in on the prone and wide open Corwin.

Sandy went right to work. He sent three hard closed fists deep into Corwin's lower belly. Then for added emphasis he drove one solid fist to his crotch.

Cody saw the low blow and shoved Sandy back. As he argued with Sandy and Jake watched Drew and Hal, Mark continued to choke Corwin. Dillon slipped through the ropes and shot two hard kicks between Corwin's legs. Mark let Corwin go and the teen dropped to his knees and clutched his battered balls.

The audience booed loudly at the blatant and unnoticed low balling by the thug team.

Jake had seen nothing as he was counting Hal who was holding Drew down to the mat by his throat.

Hal finally released Drew on the four count. As he stood he drove a powerful fist to Drew's sternum. Drew whished out his air and rolled to his side.

Hal quickly leapt over Drew and sent three hard kicks to his chest and stomach. Drew was booted across the ring and through the ropes.

Sandy was just dragging Corwin to his feet. He saw Hal and sent Corwin flying toward his partner. Hal dropped to his knees and as Corwin was hurled across the ring, Hal sent in a perfect head butt to his stomach. Corwin folded over Hal and was back body dropped. As he hit the mat and arched up, Sandy dropped a knee to his gut.

Corwin sucked wind as his abs took another harsh pounding.

Drew was climbing to his feet and reaching for the bottom rope. As he gripped it, Mark slithered across the apron and stomped Drew in the back of the head. Drew fell back to the floor and Dillon was there and dropped a double knee drop to his chest and stomach.

As Dillon stood Warren leapt off the apron and nailed the thug with a drop kick to the center of the back. Dillon stumbled into the steel barricade.

Sandy and Hal were having their way with a winded and dazed Corwin.

They had him down and each guy had a hand on his chest and crotch. In unison they dropped double knees to his stomach.

Corwin was hurting badly.

Jake and Cody let the abuse continue. They had known it could end up two on one. Warren was putting the boots to Dillon who was leaning against the steel barricade. Mark was readying to gutbust Drew. Cody turned around and saw Mark attacking Drew and leapt from the ring apron to stop it.

As Cody leapt, Mark pivoted and dropped the big HW wrestler with a foot to the groin.

Mark knew he would pay later, but for now Sandy and Hal were free to pummel Corwin and he was free to manhandle Drew.

Jake had saw Cody go down and did not move to intervene.

Mark turned back to Drew. Drew was on his knees and as Mark bent down to lift him to his feet, Drew gripped his head and bull dogged him to the floor. Mark was stunned. Drew slowly made his way to the ring apron and hoisted himself up.

He saw the bashing Corwin was taking.

Drew charged forward like a wild man. He drove a foot to Hal's head. Hal fell to the mat and Drew turned on Sandy. Sandy stood to his feet to meet the onrushing Drew.

As Drew kicked, Sandy caught the incoming foot. He turned Drew around and gripped his waist. He lifted the former champ and atomic dropped him over his knee.

Drew shot forward and into the turnbuckle.

Corwin was still down and dazed. Sandy decided to use one of there own moves against him. He checked on Hal, who was down but slowly getting to his feet.

Sandy climbed to the top rope. He stood and readied to pounce on the prone Corwin.

Sandy knew this was risky, but stepped out on the ropes anyway. Drew had been watching. As Sandy readied to leap, Drew jostled the ropes. Sandy tried to keep his balance but could not. He crashed down hard with the rope coming to rest between his legs. Sandy yelled out and toppled to the arena floor.

Drew charged Hal. He leveled the tough teen with a clothesline.

Warren had made it back to the ring apron. Mark and Dillon were back on their feet, having been admonished by an irate Cody.

Corwin crawled slowly to the corner and tagged a fresh Warren into the action.

Sandy was still down clutching his battered balls.

Drew was lifting Hal to his feet as Warren climbed to the top rope. Drew back broke Hal and held him stretched over his knees. Warren leapt off and drove the point of his elbow hard into Hal's stomach.

Drew rolled Hal to his back and hooked on a Boston crab. He held the legs with one hand and locked on a rear chin lock with the other. Warren again climbed to the top ropes.

Drew then rolled over so Hal was draped stomach up in a surfboard submission.

Cody was watching the action. Jake was keeping Mark and Dillon from interfering.

Warren leapt off and dropped both knees to Hal's wide open stomach.

Hal thought he would blow his cookies as he was held wide open and his abs were crushed.

Drew let Hal fall to the mat.

Sandy was finally getting to his feet. Warren saw him and as Sandy stepped on the ring apron, Warren knocked him back to the floor with a flying drop kick.

Sandy hit the arena floor back first and lay stunned.

Hal was retching and clutching his stomach. He rolled over and tried to get to all fours. Drew assisted him. Drew lifted the teen into a fireman's carry and scaled the corner post.

Warren kept a keen eye out for Sandy as Drew leapt off and delivered an off the top rope gutbuster to the hurting Hal.

Hal felt the power move tear through his abs and rearrange his insides. He did not even have enough wind left to issue a grunt.

Hal hit the mat hard and tried in vain to draw in some air. He did not get the chance. Warren dropped an elbow to his sternum.

Mark and Dillon were livid as Warren and Drew returned the bashing they had given Gene.

Both thugs were impressed Hal had not yet submitted.

Once again Sandy gripped the bottom ropes and tried to get back in the action. He knew his partner was taking one hell of a beating.

Warren and Drew drug the battered and beaten Hal to his feet. Just as Sandy stepped back into the ring they whipped Hal toward Sandy. The two teens collided head to head. Hal fell toward the center of the ring. Sandy fell toward his own corner and managed to tag Dillon before he fell through the ropes.

Dillon was fresh and charged Drew from behind. He locked Drew's head and bull dogged him hard to the mat.

Dillon stood and went after Warren. Warren had just lifted Hal as Dillon charged with a standing drop kick. Warren turned and used Hal as a shield. Dillon's feet hit Hal in the chest and stomach.

As Dillon hit the mat and Hal crumbled in a heap, Drew tagged Corwin.

Corwin climbed the ropes and leapt off. He landed a head butt to Dillon's chest.

Warren was bending down and lifting Hal back to his feet. He rammed his head to Hal's gut, then turned the teen around and lifted him into an over the shoulder back breaker.

Warren strutted around the ring with Hal over his shoulders.

Hal was gritting his teeth and sweating as he tried to hold on.

Corwin had gotten back to his feet. He double stomped Dillon, then climbed the ropes. As Warren came by him with Hal, Corwin leapt off and drove a power punch to Hal's battered abs. Hal screamed out in agony.

Warren then slammed Hal down to the mat. Warren hooked the teen's legs and locked on a figure four leg lock.

As he did Corwin stomped Hal repeatedly in the stomach.

Dillon knew he had to do something and quickly or it was all over for Hal. He stood and charged Corwin. Corwin was ready. He turned and met Dillon with a karate kick to the breadbasket.

Dillon whished out his air and dropped to his knees. As he did he heard Hal scream out his submission.

The bell sounded as Cody signaled the thug had submitted. He ordered Warren to break the hold. Warren complied but only after one last hard twist to Hal's legs.

Warren and Corwin stood ready to face Dillon and who ever was bold enough to step into the ring.

The odds were now even, but the six remaining wrestlers were far from unhurt.

His regular partner Mark joined Dillon when Jake signaled for the bell. The brawling, thug team had not figured that this match was going to be as brutal as it had become. But after their teammate Hal was virtually destroyed they had gained a different perspective.

Dillon and Mark were brawlers but the team they were facing seemed to be able to stand up and dish it out as well as take it. The acrobatic team seemed to be beating them at their own game plus continuing to play their own. They knew they would have to pull out all the stops to defeat them.

But that was going to be easier said than done as Corwin and Warren circled looking to hook up. The four boys in the ring were quite evenly matched in strength. When Corwin and Warren's acrobatic moves were factored in Dillon and Mark realized how much of a hole they were really in.

Dillon broke the circling letting lose with a primal yell and charged Warren taking him off guard. Warren was driven backward into a neutral corner. Corwin took a quick look at his teammate. In that moment of distraction Mark struck hard and fast sliding down and hooking Corwin's leg in a take down.

Dillon threw his 175 pounds into Warren against the corner, then turned and drove an elbow into the pit of his stomach winding him. Dillon was moving like a soldier on a mission as he hooked Warren's head and back flipped him to the center of the mat.

Mark struggled with Corwin but eventually out muscled him and got onto his back. He grabbed two big handfuls of Corwin's sandy brown hair and raised his head only to slam Corwin's handsome face into the mats. A cut appeared over Corwin's left eyebrow then Dillon signaled Mark to lift his captive. Mark complied when he saw what Dillon had planned.

Dillon had Warren secure in a head- lock and Mark pulled both of Corwin's arms behind in a double hammer- lock. With Corwin stretched wide open Dillon used Warren's head like a battering ram and plowed it into Corwin's stomach. Mark and his captive were slowly driven backward by the repeated blows till Mark was into a neutral corner.

Corwin was sagging under the assault but Warren was not really injured by it. In fact it even gave him a chance to recover a little. When Dillon went to drive forward again Warren managed to put on the breaks and hook one of Dillon's legs lifting it up and actually flipped Dillon over to his back. Warren was still held in the headlock but Dillon's back hit the canvas hard and was he forced to release Warren.

Getting up quickly Warren shot a hard kick to Dillon's ribs just to keep him down for a moment as he helped Corwin out of his jam. But Corwin was no stranger to absorbing punishment. He had suffered far worse than this from the likes of Martin and Elton. Even though hurt he managed stomp down on the instep of Mark's foot. Mark howled out in pain and released him. Corwin spun and sent a front kick into the naval area and Mark folded.

Corwin then signaled he needed to tag out. Warren had Dillon up and smacked a hard back hand across his firm pectorals. Dillon fired back with a similar shot and the two went toe to toe trading shots to the chest with each blow sounding all the way to the back of the arena. Dillon was incredulous that this acrobatic wrestler was matching him blow for blow in the slugfest.

Corwin struggled but held Mark in a side head lock as he tagged in Drew. Drew saw Corwin was about to lose control of Mark and wasted no time in giving a quick kick to Mark's ribs. Mark fell to his knees and Corwin exited for a break.

Dillon then broke off the backhand attack and snagged Warren's arm and hurled him to the ropes. On the rebound Dillon made for a back body drop but Warren countered with a swift upper kick that caught him under the chin and knocked him flat.

Drew pulled Mark up and tossed him in an over the back suplex. He dropped an unimaginative but well placed elbow to the chest then pulled him to his feet again. Mark was dazed and Drew's standing clothesline flattened him again.

Warren meanwhile had Dillon back up and sent him crashing back down with a Russian leg sweep. With Dillon down for a moment Warren sent Drew a look that Drew understood as well as if Corwin had sent it. Drew had Mark back up and Warren joined him as they each took an arm flung Mark to the ropes. On the powerful recoil Warren and Drew crushed Mark with a duo of perfectly applied drop kicks. Mark went sailing back and became entangled in the ropes.

Warren and Drew then turned to Dillon who was making his way to Sandy for a tag. But he was caught and raised up in a double suplex. Dillon was dropped back hard. Warren went to bounce himself off the ropes for a splash but Sandy moved in behind him. Warren saw the sneaky boy and pivoted quickly and smacked a hard forearm across the side of his head.

Sandy grabbed his head and bent over foiled by Warren's fast reactions.

Drew was back on top of Mark and stomping down on him with his big size 14 boots. Mark was wiggling in a desperate attempt to get away but Drew's stomps were relentless.

When not in the ring Drew was a quiet and passive teen spending most time reading new age and philosophy books along with his schoolwork while listening to Mozart and other classical music. But in the ring he was a different person. He was furious at the way his opponents had treated his best friend Corwin and new friend Gene. Now Mark was paying the price as Drew's foot slammed him in the chest, stomach and sides over and over. Drew even hoisted himself up on the popes to support himself as he drove down even harder.

Meanwhile Dillon was still under attack from Warren. Warren had pulled him to his feet and was going for another Russian leg sweep. Sandy again tried to interfere as he saw Dillon's dilemma. As he reached through the ropes to snag Warren's trunks Warren again spun and nailed him with a forearm across the jaw. Sandy practically fell off the apron and gave Cody a glance. Cody shrugged his shoulders having seen Sandy's interfering move and figured the kid got what he deserved and did not admonish Warren.

Jake stepped in and told Drew he knew better than to use the ropes for supports like that. Drew spun around with a look of rage in his eye that gave even the tough HW Jake a chill. But Jake didn't back down and held firm to his ruling.

When Drew turned away from Jake Mark had recovered just enough to send a quick jab into Drew's amply filled crotch. Drew gasped and doubled over and Mark slithered over to Sandy for the tag.

But Sandy was still trying to shake off the effects of Warren's shot to his jaw. He had his head bent over into his arm as he cleared his head. Mark's extended hand was missed. Mark lunged forward and called "Sandy, fuck!" but he was caught by his ankles by a fury filled Drew.

Sandy reached out for the tag but he was a moment too late. Drew sent a spearing kick to Sandy's ribs that Jake warned him about. Drew seemed not to mind as he pulled Mark up into a hard knee to the stomach. Mark slumped and Drew signaled to a now well rested Corwin.

From his back Dillon swiped Warren's leg out from under him and rolled him over in a head- lock grinding Warren's face to the canvas. Warren groaned in pain with muffled cries.

Drew sent Mark whipping toward Corwin who stuck both feet through the ropes. Mark's on rushing belly was speared by Corwin's black boots. Mark slumped to the mats and Drew rolled him to his back right where experience had taught him to place him. Drew tagged Corwin and the whole crowd knew what was coming.

Both teens took to the top of a corner and leapt off. As if it was second nature to them Corwin ad Drew applied their double elbow drops from the top rope landing onto Mark almost at the same instant. Drew's elbow smashed the chest while Corwin's drove deep into the lower belly area just below the waistline of Mark's green trunks.

Mark gave a quick jerk and fell limp. Drew exited and Corwin hooked a leg for good measure though it was not necessary. Jake was on top of the action and hit the mats three times as Mark fell victim to the best know move in TW.

The bell was sounded and Dillon was made to release Warren. Dillon was furious for several reasons. First, he had been made to release Warren just as he was gaining the upper hand. Second, his team had suffered the third loss putting them down 2 to 3 in numbers. But what really had Dillon pissed was that his regular partner Mark had been pinned and that it could have been prevented had Sandy not missed the tag.

As Corwin, Drew and Warren celebrated with high fives and butts slaps Sandy and Dillon were in each other's face. "I was fucking almost unconscious Dillon! Give me a fucking break!" Dillon knew Sandy had taken a hard shot but still failed to see that as an acceptable excuse saying, "You're supposed to keep you mind AND EYES on the match all the time Sandy. You've been around long enough to know that!" Sandy knew he had screwed up but felt he had a reason explaining it. But he and Dillon knew that they had to stay focused if they were to win now. They had a huge hill to climb and they agreed to discuss the disagreement later. They were both professional and experienced enough to know that dissention now would lead to inevitable defeat.

As the thugs and flyers prepared to face off yet again, Cody walked over to Jake and shoved him.

"What the fuck gives Jake. You jumped all over Drew for legal moves then turn a blind eye when Mark low balls him." Cody said gruffly.

Jake shoved Cody back. "Back off former Chump, I did not see the low ball move."

"Bull shit, Jake. You deliberately turned a blind eye." Cody retorted back. "Same as you did when I got cracked in the nuts outside the ring."

"Fuck you, Cody." Jake spat out.

Before things could get out of hand between the two big guys, the match was set to resume.

But as Dillon and Sandy looked over to see Corwin, Drew and Warren standing in their corner huddled up they wondered if even they had what it took to prevail now. Sandy and Dillon quickly hatched a plan of their own. It was do or die now for them as the bell rang.

Sandy and Dillon stepped back into to do battle with Corwin and Drew. Warren needed a rest after almost getting the tables turned on him by the tough Dillon.

Sandy was still reeling from the surprise attacks by Warren. He had shaken off most of the cobwebs, but he was still a little shaky on his feet. Dillon was just pissed. Had Mark not been pinned he could have taken Warren out of the equation.

Now they had their backs against the ropes. It was three on two.

Sandy had thought Corwin and Drew were all fluff. He had learned they were not. The Flyers had fought their fight. Sandy knew now why they had been the champs.

The four teens circled. All seemed leery of locking up.

Sandy decided to hell with it. He charged Corwin and bulled him to the corner. Corwin tried to counter but a fast hard knee to his groin dropped him to his knees. Cody saw the low blow and moved quickly shoving Sandy back. He admonished the tough thug. Sandy shrugged and said it was a misaimed blow.

Corwin was hugging his burning gut as the pain radiated up into his belly.

Drew saw Corwin go down but could not assist him. He had his hands full with the formidable Dillon.

Dillon knew Corwin would be no trouble and raised his hands for a test of strength with Drew.

Drew debated but only briefly. As their hands locked Dillon reacted like the thug he was. He pulled Drew forward and into his upraised knee. The knee dug deep into Drew's unflexed abs. Dillon slammed three more knee lifts in before he released Drew's hands.

Dillon moved behind Drew and locked him in a full nelson.

Sandy was on Corwin like stink on shit. Once Cody had moved Sandy had drug Corwin to his feet and shoved him to the corner. Sandy held Corwin in the corner with a forearm across his throat and went to work on his abs.

Corwin was feeling the affects as Sandy drove in fist after rock hard fist. Sandy finally let Corwin go only to drill him with a forearm across the head.

Sandy let Corwin drop to his knees. He turned to see Dillon holding Drew in the full nelson. Sandy clinched his fists and moved in on Drew.

Corwin tried to grab his foot but a quick kick to his head and Corwin lie still for the moment.

Sandy moved in front of Drew and readied to tee off. As Sandy drew his fist back Drew pushed back against Dillon and swung his legs up. He locked them around Sandy's slim waist and squeezed hard. Dillon was now supporting Drew's full weight in his full nelson.

Sandy slugged fist after fist into Drew's stomach trying to make the high Flyer release his brutal body vice.

Drew squeezed harder and Sandy gasped for breath. Suddenly Drew twisted and all three guys tumbled to the mat. Dillon's hold on Drew's arms faltered. Drew pulled his arms free and rammed both elbows into Dillon's unflexed abs.

Dillon grunted loudly and tried to block the blows. Drew was like a man possessed. He sent the elbows back into Dillon's gut like he was driving a nail into a wood beam with a jackhammer.

Dillon started to wheeze as his abs cave in under the assault.

Drew released Sandy from his body vice and stood to his feet. He measured a wheezing Sandy and dropped a knee to the top of his head. Sandy lay stunned.

Drew made his way over to Corwin and dragged him over to tag Warren.

Warren went after the dazed Sandy. Warren leapt in the air and came down with his heel to Sandy's exposed gut. Sandy arched up as Warren's boot heel dug in deeply.

Dillon had gotten to all fours. Drew gripped him by the neck, pivoted and applied a textbook neck breaker. Dillon crashed to the mat.

Warren and Drew then drug their dazed opponents to their feet. They moved to opposite corners and whipped the two teens toward each other.

Dillon and Sandy hooked arms and pivoted. They charged back toward a startled Drew and Warren. In a heartbeat they leveled the two flyers with flying elbows to the chests.

Warren staggered to the corner and Dillon drove the point of his boot deep into the young teen's stomach. Warren folded over and Dillon lifted him by the head and pedigreed him to the mat.

Sandy had Drew in a front face lock and was lifting a barrage of knee lifts to his chest and stomach.

Drew's feet came off the mat with each knee lift.

Dillon decided to torture Warren. He drug the dazed teen to his feet and whipped him to the ropes. As Warren hit the ropes, his hand shot out and tagged Corwin. Both Jake and Cody saw the tag. Warren ricocheted back toward Dillon who met him with a kick and lifted him into a suplex. As Dillon held Warren aloft, Corwin charged in and leveled Dillon with a double axe handle blow to the gut. Dillon folded up as he dropped Warren to the mat.

Corwin hit the ropes and dropped a leg across Dillon's throat. Dillon coughed and rolled under the bottom ropes. Corwin then moved to assist Drew.

Drew was starting to buckle from the hard knees hitting his chest and gut. Corwin placed himself behind Sandy and locked on a sleeper hold.

Sandy clawed at the forearms that were cutting off his air. He could feel himself going down for the count. Drew rolled feebly across the ring and tagged Warren.

As Corwin held Sandy in the sleeper Warren started landing hard fists to his stomach. Sandy was fading fast under the onslaught.

Dillon was back on the apron and climbed to the top ropes. Drew yelled for Warren to duck. Warren ducked just as Dillon leapt off the top rope. Dillon's aim was accurate as his off the top rope drop kick struck Sandy full in the chest.

Dillon hit the mat and slapped it. He knew he had just fucked up. Warren was already on the top rope. He leapt off and landed on Dillon in a flying schoolboy pin.

Dillon whished out his air as Warren landed hard on his chest.

Sandy was still locked in the sleeper.

Sandy knew he had one shot at getting free. He planted his powerful legs and pushed backwards. Corwin had expected no offense and was caught off guard. Sandy gained momentum and forced Corwin to the corner.

Sandy then drove his elbows back hard into Corwin's stomach. Corwin gasped for breath and the sleeper hold loosened. Sandy slumped to the floor and sucked down air.

Dillon was down but not out. As Cody dropped to start the count Dillon swung his legs up and locked them under Warren's shoulders. He then locked them around Warren's chest and pulled the teen backwards and to the mat. Warren felt his shoulders hit the mat and tried in vain to kick out.

Corwin saw Warren about to be pinned and charged to his rescue. Sandy was dazed but managed to grab Corwin's leg and trip him to the mat. Cody's hand hit the mat three times as Warren tried in vain to kick free.

The bell sounded and the thugs had narrowly avoided the odds going to three on one.

Corwin slapped the mat as Warren was pinned.

Now it was two on two. But Corwin and Drew were in better shape then Sandy and Dillon.

All four teens knew the next elimination would make this a handicapped match.

After the slight break the bell was sounded again. Now two evenly matched teams came out to face off. The pin of Warren buoyed Dillon and Sandy. But Sandy was still beat to hell. Of the remaining four wrestlers he had taken the worst by far. Add to the fact that Corwin and Drew were regular partners and Sandy and Dillon were new to working with each other made the latter's chances even more remote.

But Sandy and Dillon had not gotten the reputation they had without showing a lot of inner resolve. And they would need all of it as Corwin and Drew circled them like two hungry wolves.

Despite losing Warren in the last round Corwin and Drew were feeling confident. They saw Sandy as a weak link and decided to concentrate on him. Corwin drove into Sandy with a big shoulder forcing him to a corner. Dillon saw his partner getting it taken to him straight away and muttered, "Shit" to himself. Drew reached out and hooked Dillon's head in a side lock but didn't get a firm hold. Dillon fired back with a sharp shot to Drew's firm yet lean belly followed by another driving uppercut to the chin. Drew fell back staggering and stunned. Dillon then took a page from the high flyers team and sent a drop kick into Drew's chest that had him practically falling through the ropes.

Corwin took a short look from Sandy to see just how bad Drew had been hit. When he did Sandy reacted like a desperate man and smacked Corwin in the ear. Corwin gripped his hurt ear as the shot rocked his brain. He moved away and was met by Dillon who grabbed him around the waist with both arms and heaved him up and over slamming Corwin's back to the canvas.

Dillon helped Sandy to steady himself as they closed in on Corwin. Sandy sent a hard kick to the back and Dillon hammered away on the top of Corwin's head and shoulders with powerful forearms.

Drew shook the cobwebs from his head and charged to save his partner. Dillon had been keeping one eye on him all the while and was ready. When Drew got near Dillon broke off and virtually threw himself at Drew catching him under the chin in one hand and under the armpit in the other with his shoulder plowing into the chest. Dillon heaved Drew up and his momentum powered Drew back and over into a well planned and executed power choke slam.

Drew was crushed as Dillon's weight came right down on top of him. Dillon had know for the last two rounds that he was in a fight for his life (so to speak) and wasted no time in dishing out more punishment to Drew while he was hurt. Dillon was to his feet fast and dropped down with an elbow to the stomach. Again he was up and dropped down with another. Drew jerked and gasped as Dillon moved incredibly fast given his state of weariness. But Dillon jumped back to his feet. Took a leap and dropped his full weight into a double knee drop. Both his knees crushed into Drew's belly and the former tag champ rolled over hugging his stomach struggling to suck in some air.

Sandy had Corwin to his feet and slammed a punch to the lower back. Corwin spun around but Sandy caught him in a crotch slam and had him up overhead and slamming to the mats in a split second. Dillon was impressed Sandy still had that much fight left in him. Dillon's feelings that they had a chance to pull this off were lifted.

Sandy gave Dillon a nod signaling that he was `OK'. Dillon then turned back to Drew who was just now straining to get to his hands and knees. Dillon snatched him up and into a crotch slam position. But instead of slamming him to the mats, which he could have easily done, Dillon positioned himself near the corner and dropped Drew into it hooking Drew's long, lanky legs over the top rope straddling the ring post. With Drew literally hanging helpless Dillon had open season on the exposed and vulnerable stomach and chest.

Cody was occupied with Sandy and Corwin. Jake was right there as Dillon hung Drew out to try and then teed off on his wide open gut. Jake glanced back to make sure Cody was not watching then slowly started to count Dillon.

Dillon sent a blinding series of hard ass kicks into Drew's torso till his entire chest and belly were a vivid shade of red.

Corwin and Drew were a formidable tag team. And they had been for a long time. They had few weaknesses but the one they did have was their closeness to each other. Often they reacted emotionally and not logically when the other was attacked especially in the vicious way Drew was being attacked now. Corwin saw the most important person in his world being savagely beaten and forgot about his own predicament as he moved to get to Drew's aid. Sandy had a wide-open target in the form of Corwin's back. He dropped down with a powerful driving punch between the shoulder blades. Corwin winced but continued to move toward Drew.

Dillon had delivered a devastating series of kicks and punches by the time Jake had reached four and ordered him to step back.

Dillon had kicked and punched Drew till Drew thought he could not hold off the tears anymore. He let out a deep, guttural moan of pain that Corwin had never heard his partner make before. Sandy was about to drop down with another punch but hearing Drew make that pitiful and pain filled cry triggered something in Corwin.

Dillon jerked Drew from the corner and held him aloft in a display of strength before dropping Drew down over his knee in a brutal gut buster. Drew gasped as Dillon shoved him off his knee with a look of disdain.

As Sandy was dropping down Corwin fought off the pain in his body and flipped to his back and stuck up a foot. Sandy's chin dropped onto the sole of the extended boot. The impact rocked Sandy's world and he sank to his knees almost knocked out. Corwin reached up and hooked his head and brought him all the way down with a quasi-DDT. Sandy lay face first down and unmoving. Corwin could have gotten the pin with ease but his resolve to get to Drew over rode his thinking.

Dillon had watched in disbelief as Corwin had taken Sandy down. He picked Drew up and had him positioned for a piledriver. Corwin charged and Dillon dropped down and Drew hit his head hard. Dillon allowed him to topple over and Drew lay on his back spread eagle. The only movement was from the deep bobbing of his stomach as he sucked in air.

Corwin let out a yell at Dillon of, "You fucking bastard!" as he charged wildly. The two strong boys went toe-to-toe trading hard shot for hard shot. Dillon was the biggest boy in the match and he hit hard. But Corwin was fighting with added emotion and his punches and forearms were slamming Dillon hard and deep.

Through the roar of the crowd and the throbbing in his own head Sandy had slowly become aware of his surroundings?barely. He vaguely saw Dillon and Corwin tearing each other apart. He saw the movements of the crowd. He saw Jake and Cody watching the action intently giving the occasional glace to him and to another figure in the ring. Sandy raised his head and saw Drew was laying spread eagle. Drew's leg was just beginning to rise up at the knee showing he was coming around albeit slowly.

Dillon took a swipe that Corwin ducked under. He threw himself up and smacked his shoulder into Dillon's jaw stunning the bigger boy. Corwin was behind him fast and slapped on a sleeper hold like the expert he was. Dillon thrashed and bucked but could not throw Corwin off. Dillon sank to his knees and Corwin cranked up the pressure a notch. Dillon's world began to go out of focus as Cody raised his arm up. It fell limply. A second time Cody raised it fell limp again. Corwin threw his head back. His neck muscle bulged as he cranked on even more. Cody lifted Dillon's arm a third time and released it. The bell rang.

Corwin released the hold and Dillon fell in a pile.

Cody stood and looked to see who had signaled the bell, as he had not. He saw Jake standing over two bodies. Sandy was lying across Drew's heaving chest.

Jake made the hand signal indicating a pin. Sandy had covered Drew in the nick of time. By just a fraction of a second he managed to cover and get the three count on Drew before Corwin's sleeper took Dillon out.

Corwin stood and was furious. But he moved over to Drew and tossed Sandy off his partner both in the ring and out. Drew mumbled he was sorry for letting them down. Corwin helped him to his feet and gave him a reassuring hug telling him all would be OK.

Warren and Gene helped Drew from the ring and were leading him to the locker room when surprisingly Sean and Jeff appeared. Sean said, "We'll take him back to the locker room. You two stay here with your team. Corwin's going to need all the support he can get for the next round.

And that next round was about to begin.

Jake and Cody immediately got into an argument. Dillon had been about to go down for the count and lie in a limp heap at Corwin's feet. Sandy just smirked.

"Two against one, BOY. You are going to get the ass kicking of your young life.

Cody and Jake were standing nose to nose. Cody was insistent that Dillon had been counted out as well. But the officials stated Jake had called for the bell a split second before Cody let Dillon's arm drop the third time.

Now Corwin was at a disadvantage. But Dillon was still down for the count.

The bell sounded and Dillon still did not move from the mat. He was barely conscious. Corwin knew he had to act quickly or he would become canvas carrion for the two thugs.

Sandy stood between Corwin and Dillon. He had to buy his partner some more recovery time.

Corwin charged Sandy. Sandy met him center ring and they locked up collar and elbow. Corwin was surprised the thug had this much stamina left after the beating he had taken. Sandy slowly muscled Corwin to the corner.

Corwin felt his back hit the ring post. As it did he lifted his legs and locked them around Sandy's waist. Corwin squeezed hard and heard Sandy grunt. Corwin then held the ropes and flipped Sandy with his legs to the mat.

Corwin moved to the middle rope and as Sandy got to his feet Corwin pushed off and drove a shoulder block to his chest. Sandy was driven down hard to the mat.

Corwin got back to his feet quickly and double stomped Sandy's gut. Sandy folded up as his abs again took another hard shot.

Corwin stood and dropped a knee to Sandy's forehead.

Sandy was stunned. Corwin knew he had to take the tough teen out of action so he could eliminate Dillon.

Across the ring Dillon was slowly starting to stir. Corwin saw movement and left Sandy for a split second. Dillon was on all fours as Corwin leapt in the air and dropped a leg across Dillon's back flattening the thug to the mat. Corwin then gripped Dillon by the hair and slammed his face hard to the mat three times.

Dillon's nose started to spurt blood. Corwin stood and dropped a leg drop to the back of Dillon's neck.

Sandy got to his feet shaking his head. He knew he and Dillon would never live it down if they lost to this faggot.

Corwin was using the ropes for support, or so it seemed to Sandy. Sandy charged forward. As he did Corwin used the ropes and pulled himself from the mat. Corwin sent both feet hard into Sandy's stomach. Sandy whished out his air and doubled over. Corwin quickly gripped his head and DDT'D him to the mat.

Corwin knew he could not screw around. He hooked Sandy's legs. Cody was in position and counted to three. The bell sounded and Corwin let the thug go, but not before he drilled a closed fist to Sandy's groin.

Neither Jake nor Cody saw the low shot.

Sandy curled up in a fetal position as he rolled from the ring.

Cody was incredulous. He knew had Dillon not been almost taken out in the sleeper hold Corwin would have stood no chance at all of still being on his feet.

Corwin's eyes bore into Dillon. He wanted to hurt this thug. This guy had made Drew scream out in severe pain. Corwin was obsessed with taking Dillon apart.

Jake tried to delay the start of the final fall. He wanted to give Dillon a chance to recover.

But rules were rules. The bell sounded and Dillon was still flat on his face in the middle of the ring.

Corwin moved in on the downed teen. He stomped down hard into Dillon's back. Stomp after stomp reigned down to the prone teen's lower back.

Dillon did little more then grunt as he was stomped hard.

Corwin then dropped down with both knees to the small of the already softened up back. Dillon yelled out in agony.

Corwin hooked his hands under Dillon's chin and locked on a camel clutch. Corwin applied the pressure as he leaned back.

Dillon grunted in pain but fought the torturous hold. He was not going to submit to this kid.

Corwin released the hold and stood and kicked Dillon hard in the ribs. Dillon yelled out and rolled toward the ring ropes. Corwin gripped his legs. Corwin pulled the teen back to the center of the ring and held his legs spread eagle.

Corwin then sent two hard stomps to Dillon's gut.

Corwin then bent Dillon's legs up and dropped his knees to the tough thug's thighs. Dillon knew Corwin was softening him up.

He tried to kick out but he was spent.

Corwin landed one last stomp to the tough thug's gut and then locked on a figure four leg lock. Corwin dropped to his back and poured on the pressure.

Dillon screamed in agony as he felt the tendons in his knees contort.

Dillon tried to reach the ropes but he was too far away.

"Fuck." He cried out as he slapped the mat. Cody and Jake were both down listening for the inevitable submission.

Dillon knew he had to try something. He started to roll from side to side. He knew he had to reverse the hold. Corwin knew what was happening, but reacted an instant too slow to stop the powerhouse teen from rolling over. Corwin screamed out as the hold was reversed and his tendons wound up on the receiving end of some payback.

Corwin clawed his way to the ropes and gripped the bottom one. Jake saw it and chose to ignore it. He went to kick Corwin's hand from the rope, but Cody saw it there and called for the break. Cody bent down to untangle the teens and Jake nailed him with a forearm to the head.

Cody was on his feet like a shot. He shoved Jake to the ropes and dropped him with a well placed knee to the groin. Cody then lifted Jake and throat dropped him over the top rope and kicked him from the ring.

Cody then forced the break. Dillon and Corwin lay on the mat in pain.

Cody did not understand Jake's reluctance to forcing the break when Corwin had gripped the ropes. But Cody would not tolerate a cheater.

Jake started back into the ring but the officials restrained him. His actions had not gone unnoticed.

Cody started to count both guys out. So far neither teen had tried to get back to his feet.

Cody had reached eight when Corwin finally gripped the ropes and pulled himself to his feet. At the count of nine Dillon was doing likewise.

Both teens used the ropes for support.

Cody knew this match would end soon. Neither teen could take much more punishment.

Corwin and Dillon limped toward each other. Both were hurting badly.

Warren and Gene knew Corwin was feigning more hurt then he was in.

As they went to lock up Corwin shot a quick hard foot to Dillon's left kneecap. The tough thug dropped like a rock.

Corwin followed up with a swift kick to Dillon's stomach. Dillon pitched forward and flat to his face. Corwin hit the ropes and dropped an elbow to the small of Dillon's back.

Corwin was not one to get brutal, but now was as good of time as any.

Corwin placed his foot on Dillon's knee. He then lifted the leg from the mat and slammed it down hard. Dillon grunted loudly. Corwin repeated the maneuver with the other leg. He debated about another figure four but decided against it.

Corwin dropped down onto Dillon's aching back. He locked on another camel clutch. But this time instead of gripping the thug's chin he used a sleeper. Dillon struggled valiantly but he did not have the strength to muscle out of the sleeper.

Mark, Sandy and Hal watched as Corwin cranked the sleeper on good and hard. They could see Dillon was going out.

Sean and Jeff had returned from the locker room and were keeping an eye on Sandy and Hal.

Jeff was impressed to see Corwin actually have the upper hand. He had thought for sure Corwin would be mat fodder to the two thugs.

Cody checked to make sure Corwin was not using an illegal choke instead of a sleeper.

Satisfied he was not he then lifted Dillon's arm.

Once it crashed to the mat. Twice it fell limply to the mat. Cody lifted it for the third and deciding time. He let the arm go and it fell limply to the mat. Cody called for the bell.

As the bell sounded Cody told Corwin to release the hold. Corwin at first did not want to, but complied. Dillon's head fell hard to the mat.

Cody helped Corwin to his feet and raised his hand in victory.

Tyson and Brett were in shock as the high flyers prevailed in the match.

The audience stood to there feet and cheered loudly for the high- flying team of Corwin, Drew, Warren and Gene.

Seth and Gavin had watched the match with Carter and Rick. They could not believe that Corwin had taken two men out to get the victory. Seth at last admitted to Rick and Carter that perhaps he and Gavin had caught Corwin and Drew during an "off day" when they got their win over them and apologized to Rick and Carter about ribbing them for losing to Corwin and Drew.

As Corwin climbed from the ring Sean moved over to congratulate him. Corwin was a little surprised.

As Sean offered his hand Corwin fell against him for support. Sean helped Corwin to the locker room.

Warren, Gene and Jeff followed close behind.

Back in the ring Mark was helping Dillon to his feet.

Sandy and Hal watched knowing trouble was brewing.

Hal was on Dillon for dropping kicking his partner. Mark was on Sandy for avoiding the tag. The four thugs clearly had some unresolved differences.

Cody left them to settle them. He had no intentions of stopping the four thugs from bashing each other's brains out.

As he walked to the locker room Jake charged him. Jake leapt in the air and hit Cody across the back with a flying elbow smash. Cody fell to the floor and Jake sent two hard kicks to his ribs. Cody rolled to his back. Jake went to land a stomp and Cody gripped his foot and upended him.

Both big teens shot to their feet and faced off.

From the locker room charged Dane and Roby.

They got between the two big grapplers.

Once separated Cody and Jake challenged each other to settle this in the ring. Both teens gladly accepted.

In fact they wanted to go at each other right now.

The officials calmed them down and signed a match for tomorrow night's card.

In the locker room the victorious High Flyers were getting ready to go celebrate their win.

Warren and Gene invited Sean and Jeff to join them.

Drew seconded that. He had been glad of their help getting to the locker room.

Sean and Jeff agreed. But even with this brief truce Corwin and Drew knew they would be meeting Sean and Jeff in the ring.

Out in the arena Sandy, Hal, Mark and Dillon were still placing blame for their defeat on each other. All four knew they would settle this in the squared circle.

True to form another four man tag match had ended a friendship.
