As Cody celebrated his championship, with Pat's blessing, and prepared to go out for a night of celebration with his friends, the Chair of TW approached him, and requested a word alone with him. He congratulated the muscleteen, but then went onto explain that the dual title issue meant, according to item 6 of the rules governing titles (Post 294), that he would have to beat Pat once more, on a different date, in order to officially hold the second - the Heavyweight title. Cody was angry, but the Chair simply pointed to the rules, sitting next to the announcement of the Championship Mini-tournaments all those weeks ago:

"6. To hold two titles, a wrestler must beat the defending champion of the second title he wishes to win twice, on two different dates."

Cody accepted, almost eagerly, the chance to fight Pat again, but not so eagerly the prospect of having to win two consecutive matches in order to officially claim his title. The Chair thanked Cody for his understanding, and told him he still had a lot to celebrate. And Cody did just that. Who says high schoolers don't know how to have fun?
