Cam vs Matt 1 chrisch234
Cam was introed first and still received a rather warm reception especially by the girls in the audience. At 14 5'9" and 124 pounds, he bounced into the ring ready for his next match in the TW.
Matt was introduced and also received a warm welcome. At 16 5'9" and 148 pounds.
The ref called them to the center of the ring for instructions and they returned to their corners limbering up before the bell.
Matt was sure he was going to beat this lighter boy and was going to start the match in his favor quickly. He just could not lose this match.
The bell rang and Matt bolted from his corner, across the ring and met Cam with a clothesline as he only had one step out of his own corner which slammed him back into the turnbuckles. Matt went to work with backhand chops to Cam's chest reddening the skin and stinging badly. Matt fired a quick combo to the gut then whipped Cam to the opposite turnbuckle and ran for a splash to the red chest of Cam.
Cam saw it coming and moved at the last instant with Matt meeting the turnbuckles with his chest then just draped over them. Cam turned Matt around grabbing both wrists, dropping to the mats pulling Matt's midsection into his feet for Cam's favorite move, the monkey flip. Cam executed the move quite well on the heavier boy with Matt bouncing on his back when he met the mats. Matt rolled and put a hand on the ropes so the ref stopped Cam from pulling him to his feet. Matt worked his way back to standing as Cam waited and they then locked up in the center of the ring. Matt pulled the lighter boy towards him kneelifting a hard knee into the thin gut of Cam bending him over. Matt whipped Cam to the ropes leveling him with a clothesline on the rebound. Cam hit the mats hard with Matt following up with a legdrop across the chest. Matt went for the pin but only got a 1 count
Both boys got to their feet and circled. Cam attempted a standing dropkick which Matt just backed up so Cam hit the mats flat on his back. Matt took advantage of this by grabbing Cam by the ankles, pulling his legs up and apart stomping a heavy boot to the abs of Cam. Cam doubled up on his side but not for long as Matt pulled him to his feet, crotched him and bodyslammed him back to the mats. Matt came down with a double kneedrop. Cam's gut was crushed by the 148 pounds of Matt. Matt went for the pin and Cam almost did not break the count but at the last instant did get a shoulder up at the count of 2 ½ plus. Matt thought he would get the win but when he did not he stood up and double kneedropped Cam in the gut again. Cam was not at all ready for the second kneedrop and felt as though his intestines were totally crushed by the heavier boy. Matt bounced his weight up and down on Cam's crushed gut intensifying the pain. Cam was in intense pain and knew he could not kick out of another pin attempt at the moment. Matt did not go for the pin, rather pull a winded and hurting Cam to his feet and whipped him to the ropes. On the rebound, Cam was met with a double ax handle blow to the middle of the gut that put him back on the mats doubled up. Matt pulled him up again with another whip to the ropes for a clothesline. Cam managed to duck the clothesline Matt had intended for him, bounced off the opposite ropes and as Matt turned, Cam leapt into the air and with a high crossbody block took a surprised Matt to the canvas. Matt hit the back of his head on the ring floor as Cam came down on top of him. The move took a lot out of Cam also as his winded body crashed on top of Matt. Cam used all the inner strength he could muster and hooked a leg. The ref slapped the mats 3 times before Matt regained enough of his senses to raise an arm.
The ref raised Cam's arm while Cam only raised to his knees still trying to get much needed air into his lungs. Matt rolled out of the ring and went straight to the locker room upset that a lighter boy had beaten him.
Cam recovered enough to stand and make his way back to the locker room with one hand waving to the crowd and the other hand rubbing his aching and crushed abs.
He knew he had a match later with Nick and could not believe that he was again going into the match hurting. He also knew Nick had an upcoming match and maybe Nick also would get worked over and that would even the odds.
